Renew MSN Premium Account

If a customer would like to update his/her Microsoft Account ID from Email address is removed for privacy to Email address is removed for privacy. The customer would originally used the yahoo.com email as that is what the system said to use years ago, now the customer would have an outlook.com account and would like to update the Microsoft Account ID with one of the aliases that they created.  Thus enabling the customer’s account to get rid of all other email accounts and keep just my Outlook.com account or more Renew MSN Premium services.

If you don’t want to loose your access to Xbox or your gamer tag or access to your Sky Drive, the customer just want to update their Account ID.


To edit an existing credit card:

1. Open a browser and go to  acount.microsoft.com, sign in with your e-mail address and password.

2. Under the “Payment & billing” tab, click “Payment options”.

3. Select the appropriate credit card, and click “Edit info”.

4. Enter the new expiration date, and then click Next. Verify that the expiration date is correct.


To add a new credit card:


1. Open a browser and go to account.microsoft.com, sign in with your e-           mail address and password.

2. Under the “Payment & billing” tab, click “Payment options”.

3. Click “Add a payment option”

4. Select the payment type, and click Next.

5. Fill in the appropriate information and click Next.
